This work is larger than most, is canvas stretched onto wood, and measures near 15x24 in size. It is titled "The Lovers", shows a young couple in a meadow, and comes signed along the bottom by the long deceased Master. It is a gem, dated from 1875, and has lots of provenance on the back side. Terrific chance, and just look at the opening bid pricing.
