This vintage card measures roughly 6x8.5, has Russian print all over, and a black and white image of Soviet Premier, Joseph Stalin. It is hand-signed by the WWII leader himself on the bottom right, the black fountain pen signature appearing somewhat purple and grading an overall 7. A true RARITY, and retail has got to be low thousands!
