Wow, this piece is done on old artists thick stock paper and in superb condition. Done in watercolors and shows boats on the water. Lots of green, yellow, orange & blues and comes SIGNED by this long-deceased master at the bottom in black. Titled "Seine at Rouen" The back comes with 5 different Museum and Gallery markings and it BEGS to be framed and shown off. Everyone knows Monet's go for HUGE dollars. Done circa 1872!
