This STUNNING collector's item is a very old, red-laced baseball that kind of looks like it's been through a lot over the years. It is in F+/G condition, with evidence of toning, shellack and scuffing, and thank goodness for the shellack, because it preserved the signature of Phillies all time great ace, Grover Cleveland Alexander! The signature grades about a 6.5, and the ball includes a full LOA from Barry Halper for authenticity purposes. A true all time great, and one of the earliest HOF'ers, and retail is FIVE FIGURES, to be certain!
