This amazing piece is MINT all the way, and a 1939 Cooperstown Centennial full-sized envelope, done in full red, white and blue color, and hand signed by the late, great Chicago HOF Great. It grades a 15 on a 1-10 scale, was signed in the village of Cooperstown back in the day, and value is thousands on this must frame.
