This all by hand, all original sketch is actually done, and from Dr. Seuss himself. It was sent to a fan circa 1975, measures near 4x6 in size, and shows the "Cat in the Hat". It comes hand signed by the rhyming kids book author below, and value on this 10 is upper hundreds for sure.
