This vintage cut of white paper measures 1.25x5" and is in EX+/NM condition overall. It was penned in black fountain pen ink (now appears to be dark brown) by the late 29th United States President, who died in office over 90 years ago, and is an ideal size for matting and framing with the photo of your choice. Valued well into the thousands, and a really stunning example!
