This vintage paper document cut measures 1.5x4.5", is in VG overall condition with a bit of a ragged top edge. It is signed in black ink (which looks more of a dark brown color due to the passage of 150 years!) by both United States Presidents and legendary, long-deceased Civil War figures, with each grading a very solid, legible 5.5, and with both Commanders-In-Chief LONG gone, retail is well into the thousands!
