This vintage red-laced baseball is still in G+/VG condition, and comes hand-signed across the sweet spot in black fountain pen ink by 31st US President, Herbert Hoover! The signature is a nice one, grading an overall 7.5, and the ball includes a full LOA from Barry Halper on his own letterhead for authenticity purposes. An item no Presidential/Americana collection should be without, and retail is low thousands, to be sure!
