This true RARITY is a cut of white paper, measuring a sizeable 1.5x6, and in EX condition, with only a light stain at the top center. It is hand-signed in black ink by 20th United States President, James A. Garfield, and grades a clean, legible 8 overall! He is one of only four Presidents to be assassinated while in office, this happening in 1881, nearly 140 years ago! Perfect for matting and framing, and only the fifth such piece we've had over the last decade!
