This vintage cut of white paper measures approximately 1.5x5.5 in size, and was most-likely taken from a letter or document of some kind. It is in nearly pristine condition, and features the black ink signatures of 16th US President Abraham Lincoln, and his Union General, George Meade. Signatures still grade 6's-7's each, and with both men long, gone, retail value here is sky high!
