This very old section of an original land grant measures right around 3.5x5.5 and is dated from September 20th of 1794!!! It is granted to Peter Budd, and comes hand-signed in black by then Vice President, John Adams! The signature has held up well, along with the document section, each grading about a 6 overall, and the piece is perfect for matting, framing, and display! Retail here is well into the thousands!
