Go Back to Lot List Benjamin Franklin hand signed vintage document cut!

Lot Number : 9
Current Bid : $200
History : 1 bid
Description
This extremely aged cut of white parchment looks to be from a document of some sort, and measures a very sizeable 1.5x3.75, with some light spotting evident, but is honestly in VG+ condition at least, especially considering that it's nearly 250 years old! It bears the black ink signature of one of the country's true founding fathers, political figure and inventor Benjamin Franklin. This is a honey of a signature, grading a still decent 6, and with the man not around for two centuries, kind of hard to come by. The size of the cut and the signature make it perfect for matting and framing with the photo or C Note of your choice, and retail is THOUSANDS!!!
