This very old document cut is in EX shape, but with a few perforations along the top, measuring approximately 2x6" in size. It is hand signed in black ink by BOTH founding fathers, with each signature grading a legible 6 or better, and the cut is absolutely perfect for matting and framing with the photos or items of your choosing.
