This July 12, 1999 full issue of Sports Illustrated is in EX/EX+ condition, with a color image of Dodgers all time great Sandy Koufax on the front cover. It is hand-signed in blue sharpie by the man himself, grading a strong 8.5-9, with a 4 No Hitters inscription, and retail is mid/high hundreds!
