This February 1979 full issue of Basketball Digest is still in VG/VG+ shape, with a color image of Pete Maravich schooling the Knicks as a member of the Jazz. It is hand-signed in black sharpie by the NBA HOF'er himself, reading "Pistol Pete" and grading a bold, clean 9 overall. With Maravich's death now nearly 4 decades ago, retail on this piece is easily mid hundreds!
