This one of a kind collector's item is an original Reserve Officers Assoc. of the United States 50th Anniversary Banquet program, honoring General Westmoreland is still in EX/MT shape, with a black and white image of the commander of US forces in Vietnam himself! The pencil signature is a nice one, grading about an 8, and with the famed General's death now just shy of 20 years ago, retail is well into the hundreds!
