This 1950's DeBeer stamped ball is all leather, red-laced, and comes black ink, side panel signed by the long gone 500 HR Hitter. The ball looks to be unused, possibly "handled", and is cream colored. The Cooperstown signature is legible and grades a clean bold 9 all over. Add in the full lifetime letter, and you have an easy decision to make.
