This roughly 1.5x5.5 cut of light brown parchment is still in fantastic EX+ shape, and features the dark red ink signature of 3rd United States President, Thomas Jefferson. The signature has faded over hundreds of years, grading about a 5 overall, but can still be seen from 10 feet away.
