This vintage 2cent US Government postcard is in EX+ condition, and is a very nice size for matting and framing with the photo of your choice. It is beautifully-penned in bold black by the martial arts icon and actor, personalized to Joe, complete with a the best to you, "Kato", and a Chinese inscription all added in his hand. With his untimely death now just short of a half century ago, retail is high hundreds!
