This very old cut of white paper measures right around 1.25x4.25" in size, and is in EX shape, cleanly cut. It features a gorgeous black ink signature from the father of our country, 1st United States President, George Washington, a bold, legible 4.5 at least, and fully certified by former US Secret Service forensic science expert Chris Morales.
