This very old cut of white lined paper measures right around 1.25x3.5" in size, and is in VG shape, with a slight ripple effect in the paper, but that will not even show when this cut is matted for display. What will show is this gorgeous black ink signature from the father of our country, 1st United States President, George Washington, a legible 4, and fully certified by former US Secret Service forensic science expert Chris Morales.
